Getting Started

  • Activate your account – Look for an email from no-reply@clio.com titled “Clio for Clients Invitation.” Click Accept Invitation and set a password.
  • Sign in – Visit clients.clio.com and log in with the email and password you just created. Bookmark the page for easy access.
  • Explore your dashboard – The home screen shows upcoming tasks, recent messages, and any documents that need your attention.

  • I can’t find my invitation email. – Check your spam or promotions folder. If it isn’t there, email support@degreementors.com and we’ll resend it.
  • How do I reset my password? – On the login page, click Forgot Password and follow the prompt.
  • Is my information secure? – Yes. Clio uses bank-grade encryption and SOC 2–compliant data centers.
  • Which browsers work best? – The latest versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge provide the smoothest experience.
